Terms of Service

1. The service

QuoteRanger connects to a Gmail or Outlook account you authorise, lets you track quotes you've sent, and follows them up automatically using AI-drafted emails sent through your own mailbox. AI is used to extract quote details, draft follow-ups, and read customer replies — this is a tool to help you, not a replacement for checking your own work. AI-suggested details and reply readings can be wrong; you're responsible for reviewing them before relying on them, and no quote is ever marked as won by AI — only you can do that.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. QuoteRanger is intended for business use, connecting a mailbox you're authorised to use for that business.

3. Subscription and billing

QuoteRanger costs £49/month after a 14-day free trial, billed monthly with no fixed-term contract — you can cancel at any time and won't be charged again after your current billing period ends. We'll give you reasonable notice before any price change takes effect.

4. Connecting your mailbox

Connecting Gmail or Outlook grants QuoteRanger permission to read your sent mail and send messages on your behalf, for the purpose of tracking and following up quotes — never broader mailbox access. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to email your own customers, and for the content of anything sent from your account, including AI-drafted follow-ups you didn't manually edit.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QuoteRanger to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email or spam;
• Break any applicable law, including data protection and anti-spam law;
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with the service's security;
• Resell or provide the service to others without our agreement.

6. Your data, our platform

You own the data you put into QuoteRanger — your quotes, customer details, and messages. We own the QuoteRanger platform itself. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

QuoteRanger is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated content or suggestion will be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost business, lost quotes, or lost revenue), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You can stop using QuoteRanger and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about material changes by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
